What this site provides
All Team Names offers free online tools and written guides for people who organise teams, classes, leagues and tournaments. The tools currently include a Random Team Generator, a Team Name Generator, a Random Group Generator and a Tournament Bracket Generator, together with name lists and how-to guides. The tools are provided free of charge, without registration, and are offered “as is” for personal, educational and organisational use.
Acceptable use
You agree to use this site only for lawful purposes. In particular, you agree not to:
- Use the tools to harass, bully or single out any person, including generating team names intended to mock an individual.
- Attempt to interfere with the site’s operation, security or availability, or to access areas of the site that are not public.
- Copy substantial parts of the site’s written content and republish it as your own.
- Use automated tools to scrape the site at a rate that degrades it for other visitors.
You are responsible for the names and lists you enter into the tools and for how you use the results, including checking that a chosen team name is appropriate for your school, employer, league or event.
Tool results and accuracy
Our generators work by shuffling and arranging the information you provide, and our bracket tool applies standard single-elimination pairing and bye rules. We work hard to keep the tools and guides accurate, but we cannot guarantee that every result, name suggestion or piece of guidance is error-free, complete or suitable for your particular event. Tournament organisers remain responsible for confirming fixtures, rules and results for their own competitions. Generated names are suggestions: we do not guarantee that a generated name is unused by another team, free of trademark conflicts, or appropriate in every context.
Intellectual property
The site’s design, written content, guides and tool interfaces belong to All Team Names unless otherwise stated, and are protected by applicable copyright law. You may share links to our pages and quote short excerpts with credit and a link back. Team names and groupings you generate with the tools are yours to use freely for your team, class, league or event, including on shirts, posters and social media.

This site links to third-party websites for reference and convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, products or practices. Following an external link is at your own discretion.
Advertising
To keep the tools free, this site may display advertising, including through Google AdSense. Advertisements are supplied by third parties and do not constitute an endorsement by All Team Names of the advertised products or services.
