All Team Names (allteamnamess.com) is a free website that helps you form teams, find team names and run small tournaments. This privacy policy explains, in plain language, what information is involved when you use the site, what we do with it, and the choices you have. By using this website, you agree to the practices described below.
Who we are
All Team Names is an independent tools and guides website. You can reach us any time through our contact page or by email at sabirsaddiqi194@gmail.com. We are the data controller for the limited information described in this policy.
Our tools run in your browser, not on our server
The most important thing to know about this site is how the tools work. The Random Team Generator, Team Name Generator, Random Group Generator and Tournament Bracket Generator all run entirely inside your web browser. When you type or paste a list of names into a tool, that list is processed on your own device. It is not sent to us, not stored in a database, and not shared with anyone. If you close the tab, the list is gone. A small number of tool preferences, such as your shortlist in the Team Name Generator, may be kept in your browser’s local storage on your own device so the feature works between visits; this stays on your device and you can clear it at any time through your browser settings.
Information we collect
We do not offer user accounts, sign-ups or purchases, and we never ask you for passwords, payment details or sensitive personal information. The information connected with your visit is limited to:
- Standard server logs. Like almost every website, our hosting server automatically records technical details such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you visited and the date and time of your visit. These logs are used to keep the site secure, diagnose problems and understand which pages are popular.
- Messages you send us. If you email us or use the contact page, we receive your email address and the contents of your message so we can reply. We do not add you to any marketing list.
- Cookies and advertising data, described in the next section.
Cookies and Google AdSense
This website uses cookies, which are small text files stored on your device by your browser. We use them to make the site work properly and to understand, in aggregate, how visitors use our pages.
We also show advertising through Google AdSense. Google and its advertising partners use cookies, including the DoubleClick DART cookie, to serve ads based on your visits to this and other websites, and to measure how those ads perform. This means:
- Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this website or other websites.
- Google’s use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to this site and/or other sites on the internet.
- You may opt out of personalised advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings. You can also opt out of some third-party vendors’ use of cookies for personalised advertising at aboutads.info/choices.
You can disable cookies entirely through your browser settings. The site and all of its tools will continue to work, although some preferences, such as a saved shortlist, may not persist.
How we use information
We use the limited information described above only to operate, secure and improve this website, to respond to messages you send us, and to display advertising that helps keep the tools free. We do not sell, rent or trade personal information to anyone, and we do not build profiles of individual visitors.
Links to other websites
Our guides and pages sometimes link to outside websites for reference. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those sites, and we encourage you to read their own privacy policies.
Children’s privacy
This site includes tools and name ideas that teachers and families use with children, but the site itself is operated for a general audience and does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Names typed into our tools never leave the user’s device, as explained above. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, for example by email, contact us and we will delete it.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask what personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, and to object to certain uses. Because we hold almost nothing beyond server logs and any emails you have sent us, most requests are simple. Write to sabirsaddiqi194@gmail.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the site changes or the law requires it. The current version will always be on this page, with the date at the top showing when it was last revised. Significant changes will be reflected in that date.
